
Andrey Gurov has praised the ruling by a Bulgarian court that annulled his suspension as deputy governor of the central bank.
In a decision published on December 11, judge Boryana Petkova found the commission’s argument for suspending Gurov to have been “contrary to substantive law and the purpose of the legislation”.
With the ruling, the administrative court of Sofia declared the commission’s findings null and void.
“The decision confirms all our arguments and goes even beyond,” Gurov tells Centra
