Bank of Portugal’s ethics committee clears Centeno

The Bank of Portugal’s ethics committee cleared governor Mário Centeno of any wrongdoing today (November 15).

The central bank asked the committee on November 13 to assess whether Centeno had incurred conflicts of interest after prime minister António Costa resigned on November 7.
