The Financial Conduct Authority admitted to inadvertently publishing confidential information today (February 25), following a mix-up concerning a freedom of information request.
In a statement, the regulator admitted the data breach had occurred following a request for information regarding the nature of new complaints made against the FCA between January 2, 2018 and July 17, 2019.
