Richard Clarida, vice-chair of the Federal Reserve Board, revealed he had made previously undisclosed seven-figure equities transactions in the last week of February 2020.
Clarida admitted the trades in an amended asset disclosure filed on December 16. The amended forms cover the years 2019 and 2020, and showed that Clarida had sold between $1 million and $5 million from an exchange-traded fund on February 24, 2020.
