More women may gain senior roles in central banks due to the changes brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, a panel of senior policy-makers told a webinar today (June 25).
The Deutsche Bundesbank’s vice-president Claudia Buch said women are more inclined to choose positions or working arrangements that are “more flexible”.
