Good news for Hungarian and European digital SMEs! The European DIGITAL SME Alliance warmly welcomes its newest member Digitális Jólét from Hungary. Translating to “Digital Success” in English, the non-profit organisation was launched in 2015 to make sure “every Hungarian citizen and business can benefit from digitalisation.“

Digitális Jólét is responsible for supporting the digital transformation of Hungary’s strong SME economy and government agencies as well as enhancing digital skills among the population. Since its inception, the organisation has worked with SME innovators, researchers, and government agencies to develop Hungary’s Digital Education, Startup, Export Development and other landmark strategies to lead the country into the digital age.

“The European DIGITAL SME Alliance looks forward to working together with Digitális Jólét on emerging technologies, especially artificial intelligence and blockchain, and cross-border business opportunities for its many innovative SMEs”, said DIGITAL SME President Dr Oliver Grün in a statement welcoming Digitális Jólét as the association’s newest member.

“The Digital Success Programme of Hungary believes that the cooperation is going to be beneficial for both parties and also for the Hungarian digital SMEs”, said László Jobbágy, Managing Director of Digitális Jólét in a first reaction. “Our membership at the European DIGITAL SME Alliance expands the opportunities to participate in Europe-funded projects, international events, and B2B collaborations and opens up many other possibilities”.

Together, we will ensure that Hungarian digital SMEs have a voice in Brussels and benefit from the opportunities of the European Digital Single Market!
