The European Central Bank is making changes to how its staff representatives can perform their duties.

Eva Murciano, the ECB’s director-general of human resources (HR), announced the changes in a letter sent yesterday (February 20) to all staff and seen by Central Banking. The changes specify the number of staff who can act as representatives, and the proportion of their time they can spend doing so.
