The winning bank’s initiative transformed customer engagement with omnichannel capabilities, leveraging Backbase’s platform. The bank facilitated over one billion transactions in 2023, doubling the previous year’s figures. Its digital enhancements led to an increase in digital transaction from 250,000 to 112 million per month and a 690% growth in digital users in five years.  

For seamless integration, the award for Best Omni-Channel Implementation in Asia Pacific goes to TPBank.
