Most comms teams aim for social media boost in 2025

Most central banks participating in the Communications Benchmarks 2024 retain the same priorities for the year ahead as in 2023, notably boosting social media.

Nearly four-fifths (78.1%) of 32 communications departments plan to increase their social media presence. Three (75%) in four institutions plan to improve their websites. The same proportion (75%) of participants say financial education is on their radar.
