The winning bank launched a cloud-native tablet banking application to enable its sales force across multiple countries to onboard customers and made loan decisions within minutes. This significantly improved customer experience, cost and turnaround time, efficiency and staff productivity. 

For account opening, 93% of applications are now digital and 90% of accounts are opened instantly. For credit card, 85% of applications are digital with 50% of approvals automated. For loans, 60% of applications were digital with 25% of automatic approvals.
