Maintaining trust is top focus of comms teams

Maintaining high levels of trust in the central bank is seen as the most important factor in determining whether communications are succeeding.

Respondents to the Communications Benchmarks 2022 gave trust the highest score among indicators of communications effectiveness. Respondents were asked to score each option on a scale of one to seven, with seven being the most effective.
